Price changes on Product Details Page

I have attached images where the backend office shows the price of the boxwood ball; then on live site http://www.silkplantscandada.com (live site) on the featured product of the home page, then click on to product details page and then add to cart.  Why on the product details page is there a difference in price.  How does one go about fixing.  thank you in advance.  This is only on some items not all.

Looks like there is a problem with the "final retail price"

Have you an idea of where does the 2.49$ come from in backend product edit page (262.49$ ?) I guess 250 + 10 + ???

I paid support to tell me what is wrong and I was told that 1.5.6.2 has a glitch with using the amount vs the percentage when pricing your products and that when I upgraded to 1.6 there would not be this problem.  Looks like there is.
