teknogal Posted August 28, 2014 Share Posted August 28, 2014 Hi there, I am a new user of Prestashop and I have some problems with my advanced stock management (ASM). The problem is that when I choose that I want to use the ASM on older products (which I have been changing the stock manually before). When I add stock in the ASM then, the stock does not change in the product section, neither on the website. It just says that it's out of stock. minnosh Posted August 28, 2014 Share Posted August 28, 2014 You need to have created the warehouse(s) location that the stock is located (under Stock tab - warehouses). Make sure you enable the relevant carriers you already have set up that you use from that warehouse or your shipping/carriers won't be work. Then on Catalogue - Product you need to enable the following settings: Quantities - I want to use advanced stock management system AND Available quantities for current product and its combinations are based on warehouse stock. Warehouses - make sure each box is checked for the product/combinations for the relevant warehouse Then you can go back to Stock Management and add your stock. Hope this helps.
