win Posted November 23, 2009 Author Share Posted November 23, 2009 I disabled the category image 500x150 & regenerated thumbnails. Now each category has a 125x125 gray question mark image. The question mark image has the same file name and location as the previous image that was in its place.FTP shows that the category files are no longer on the server. I did not manually remove via FTP, I used the Back Office and It has been like that for hours now.What should I do? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rocky Posted November 24, 2009 Share Posted November 24, 2009 If you deleted a size under Preferences > Images that was being used, then of course those links will be broken and display as question marks. You must either put the size back in Preferences > Images and regenerate the thumbnails, or delete the broken links if you won't want any image displayed.
