Clone module does not work in front office

hi, I am web design and not a programmer. Normally I do clone prestashop's module into new name for new installable hook. Regullary, I do rename name of modules and variable name but in prestashop 1.6.0.9 it does not work . Currently I am trying to clone for "Block Permanent Links" into "Devil Links". Here, I have upload my module https://www.dropbox.com/s/sgvmxrkqj47r37s/devillinks.zip. While I install it from backoffice it install properly and can see in the module list on "Top" hook but I can not this module in front office. Can any one help me what was the problem exactly.
