Add new item "my account page"

Hi everyone,

 

I have the following issue:

 

I need to add a new menu item to the "client account". 

 

I have 4 already,  "order history, ..", but i tried to put a new line in the "blockmyaccount.tpl" file but nor result.

 

Anybody can help me?

Where exactly do you encounter the problem?

 

The code how to add it, or how to find the correct link or so? Please elaborate.

Hi Pascal,

 

The file that i´m tring to edit is the page showed when the client makes the login, in the frontpage.

 

This is the code of the blockmyaccount.tpl file that i supose is correct file to edit.

 

I added the line <li><a>LINK EXAMPLE</a></li> but i cannot see the link,

you recompiled theme and cleared shop cache?

if not - it's worth to, there is some possibility that you just see old cached version

Yes I clear manually the cache (folder cache/smarty/compile), but the problem persists.

The my account footer module, i can edit and see the transformations.

 

When i edit the blockmyaccount.tpl file, that includes the links:

 

My account:

My orders
MY credit slips
My addresses
My personal info
My vouchers

 

Not result so far

I found the tpl file that i looking for

 

Is located in the path: ../themes/default_bootstrap/my-account.tpl
