how to subtract some form the total value displayed in cart

hi i need to substrate rs 2000 form total amount displayed in cart. and i need to display the result value after subtracting. how to do that can any one help me to do this  ?. Some thing like the screen shot which i have attached below

Looking at the picture, they do something different that you describe. There they announce the difference between a fixed value (say, your 2000) and the products total value in your cart, to let you know how much you need for free shipping.

 

If you just want to subtract 2000 rp from the total order amount (as you seem to describe), you can define an automatic cart rule, that will be added to the final order (You then will see this -2000 in the summary and the final price (i.e. product price minus this 2000).
