adding 3rd layer subcatagories in bulk?

heya,
i'm sure this is an idiotic question but i have to ask........ is there a way to add subcatagories in bulk....i have approx 100 second level subcatagories and need to add the same 9 subcatagories to all of these......can anyone lend a hand? any advice would be appreciated

Create a CSV file with the following columns:

ID
Active (0/1)
Name *
Parent category
Description
Meta-title
Meta-keywords
Meta-description
URL rewrited
Image URL

In the ID column, enter consecutive integers starting with either 2 or the ID after the highest existing category ID. Enter 1 in the Active column. Enter the ID of the parent category so that it appears as a subcategory (or 1 for "Home" to make it a top-level category).
