add extra item to cart from product page

Do you know if there's a way to create the possibility to add an extra item from a product page to the cart with a fixed fee.

Here you can find two examples :

- Order fat quarter

- Gutterman thread to match

 

When clicking the button, an item is added to the cart with a reference to the productpage where clicked upon.
