terryfritsch Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 For some reason the "Return" checkbox never appears on the frontend of my site in the customers Order History...I have turned on Merchandise Returns in the BO and set the time limit to 60 days.. Any guesses as to what's wrong?Also, the test product is just a standard product, but I've tried it with virtual products as well.
