Mail de confirmation de commande incomplet

Bonjour,

 

Je n'ai pas trouvé de solution à mon problème sur le forum mais j'espère ne pas avoir fait de doublon.

 

J'ai un soucis au niveau du mail de confirmation de commande envoyé par Prestashop au client. Là où devrait se trouver la liste des articles se trouve un tableau vide. (cf image)

 

Les autres mails et factures semble fonctionner normalement.

 

J'ai prestashop 1.6.0.7

Template de base

Aucune modification de fichier de fait.

Boutique en cours de création et phase de test.

Bon je suis allée voir de plus près les html de mail mais je n'ai rien vu de bizarre...

Mais pas moyen qu'il  affiche le {products}....

Je ne pense pas que ça ai un rapport mais qu'est-ce que ça veux dire ? A quoi servent ces fichiers test ?

Essayez de revenir à la version 1.6.0.6 à ce sujet.

 

Rendez-vous dans votre dossier : .\mails\fr

 

Puis ouvrez le fichier order_conf.txt

 

Dans celui-ci modifier les lignes suivantes :

 

{products_txt} par {products}

 

{delivery_block_txt} par {delivery_block_html}

 

{invoice_block_txt} par {invoice_block_html}

 

Faites au préalable une sauvegarde de votre fichier original.

 

A vérifier !

 

*Edit : je pense que cette erreur provient d'une non correspondance entre le fichier order_conf.txt et le fichier order_conf.html !
