problème paypal et commande fantôme

bonjour,

 

 

 

je rencontre un problème avec les paiements paypal et la validation des paniers:

 

lorsque le client paie par paypal, il tombe sur une page blanche avec un message d'erreur:

le payment se fait correctement, mais le panier ne se valide pas et je ne le vois pas en back office...

 

 

je suis sous presta 1.6.
