Purchased the support package, no confirmation, money charged, no response

This is freaking frustrating as I bought 2 days ago and got no confirmation, I sent email, called and got nothing from Prestashop whatsoever. Seems like they just take my money and went away now.

I called (put on hold to be answered for 20 minutes listening to music, and then got hung up on), emailed. All failed to get a proper reply.

I'm really sorry to read that! Sometimes there's a lot of activity at the support service, and our system hangs up automatically after a certain time, si I'm sorry about that. However make sure to reach us during the week, because we're not at the office on the week-ends.

The problem is I don't have any confirmation or order number, I sent emails to [email protected] and no replies.

 

I bought the package at the prestashop home page not add on page....

so far I sent 2 emails to [email protected], no reply

 

1 enquiry on addon.prestashop.com, no reply.

 

Called the hotline, your colleague said someone will follow my case, no reply.
