I'm really sorry to read that! Sometimes there's a lot of activity at the support service, and our system hangs up automatically after a certain time, si I'm sorry about that. However make sure to reach us during the week, because we're not at the office on the week-ends.

so far I sent 2 emails to [email protected], no reply

 

1 enquiry on addon.prestashop.com, no reply.

 

Called the hotline, your colleague said someone will follow my case, no reply.

 

I am losing hope to prestashop now
