Import a .csv at a multilanguage site

Hi.Congrats for once more for the great job you are doing!
I've managed to import my .csv files using the admin /import interface but i'm having troubles understanding how (if there's a way ) to import a .csv for english a .csv for greek a .csv for french and etc. . .
Has anyone tested this successfully?I've read all the threads . . . but nothing . . . ahh the most promising was that telling that if i change the language each time every product will be imported into the specific language but this does not seem to work!
p.s :I'm having some strange issues concerning the utf-8 encoding and if the .csv row has greek chars init if it's first for example i mean the first row of the .csv e.g if the product name if first the import process does not read at all the title. . . does anyone else is having the same issues?
