melanie212v Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 Hi, My shop was working pretty good till now. Suddenly my customers cant login anymore. Same for the backoffice. Its like the login page just refreshs after i click on login. I havent changed anything or installed something new. Prestashop is version 1.6.0.6 Can anybody help me with that? melanie212v Posted May 29, 2014 Author Share Posted May 29, 2014 I can create a new account but i dont get any feedback from the website. It just refreshs the site and if i check the database, the new account was created. Also, if i enter a wrong password/username i get the correct error message like "unknown username/wrong password" but as soon as i enter the correct data nothing happens.
