Paypal commission

Hi to all, is it possible to add the 3.5% paypal commission on the total of the order at the checkout?

I use prestashop 1.5.6.2 and paypal module 3.6.6

There are modules that do this, but my understanding is that this is against PayPal policy to do so. Customers certainly won't like it either.  If I was buying and a shop did this, I would leave my purchase immediately.  And savvy visitors would report your shop to Paypal.  This is just my personal advice, of course you are free to proceed as you please.

I wrote ps about them selling them on addon's, but received some non-sense response.
