Free shipping is wrongly enabled when multiple items are added to cart?

Hello! I have been searching through the forum but can't seem to find any solution. I have just set up my shop, but when you add more than one item to the cart, free shipping is wrongly enabled and then it says "no carrier available" at the checkout.

 

I am charging shipping depending on price, and have two test ranges..

£0>=X=<£75 = £4 shipping

£75<X<£150 = £10 shipping.

 

These are obviously not operating properly though. What am i doing wrong!?
