rejinjayaraj Posted May 15, 2014 Share Posted May 15, 2014 Hi, I tried to rename some of the sub category and whole set of Category with subcategory went missing but all those categories are still shown on menu when we add items. All the items are now everywhere and we are not able to sort the products any more by categories. See the website here (ORCHID Supplies Category is what is creating the trouble) and also note their categories of the item, same item appears in different categories even though they are not selected in category while adding the item. Please Help. See the attached pictures you will see the missing categories are shown in the menu while adding a new item but are not shown anywhere else to delete or disable .
