Even with a html code from like Facebook developer of a facebook block.

Instead it shows of text on the website.

1) image just doesnt exist. make sure that you use path to image with http in address.

2) it looks like you pasted code directly to editor, not to the "source code"

can you show how your code looks like inside editor?

 It look like this...

<iframe src="//www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fgirlyboxx&width&height=427&colorscheme=light&show_faces=false&header=true&stream=true&show_border=true" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden; height:427px;" allowTransparency="true"></iframe>

Like theone I get from the facebook developer page. And just like your html box tutorial.

I pasted the code to the html box module

my question was a bit different. not related to module name.

i asked about text editor mode, it was tinymce, or html text editor?

if you're pasting a code like code from facebook, you have to disable tinymce or use "source" code feature.

otherwise code will appear like a text.

my question:

but you pasted code to html editor, or to wysiwyg editor (rich text editor) ?

I dont get your question. I´ve pasted the code only to the Html box module, the text editor inside that module.

I dont know what wysiwyg editor is.

let me explain

take a look, if you paste code here:

GtDZJ8y.png

code that you paste will be treated as a code, not text.

it will appear as text. it's because tinyMCE editor is active.

now if you paste your code here:

LZoxrWJ.png

1) press source code button

2) paste code to the window

code that you pasted will be treated as a code. not text.

this is proper way to include own code

you can change background, but your like box code must be transparent (you can define transparency option)

then you can use background param in style="" tag

Or even better. The box that is Right/Left Column. Is there a way to make it white?

Since my whole website is like the background color right now.
