clukens Posted May 1, 2014 Share Posted May 1, 2014 I am new to PrestaShop as well as using a forum. I am not a programmer, but can learn easily. I am trying to configure my FedEx module, but it is not working. I have my account number, meter number, password, and authentication key from FedEx so I know it is correct, but it is still saying that it can't configure. 3) Webservice test connection : Error 1000 : Authentication Failed is the only thing coming up.
