Offerchat is appearing within Product Quick View

The product quick view iframe is loading modules that are hooked to displayHeader which is fine for modules like PayPal that need to display their logos under the product.

 

But, offerchat live chat module is also being loaded, which means I end up with 2 live chat windows - one at the bottom of the home page, and one at the bottom of the quick view iframe.

 

 

Yuck, ugly.

 

I've had no response so far from the offerchat team.

 

Anyone know how to fix it so that Offerchat module is included only in pages and not within quick view iframe? Thanks!

Hi,

 

I figured out the fix:

 

Edit the modules/med_offerchat/med_offerchat.php

 

Change the hookHeader to be hookFooter

 

In Back Office Module -> Positions, Press Transplant a module button and move "Livechat OfferChat" to "displayFooter".

 

Problem resolved.
