How does the module handle items that are no longer in-stock in Prestashop

If I do an sync of price and quantity how does the module handle items that are no longer in stock in my Prestashop store? Does it remove the items from ebay?

I am Using Prestashop 1.5.5.1 and ebay module 1.6.1 and when I select update quantity and price it doesn't remove listings that are no longer in stock in my Prestashop store. Please help this is a major problem.
