drsub Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 Hello Guys, Here is my problem, i had my prestashop hosted on a shared server, however since my shop is pretty busy and i send out alot of e-mails i decided to move to a dedicated server. I'm using the same domain name, same hosting provider, basically all it was changed was the server. After migrating all files to the new server, i tested the site, everything works fine except the admin-page, when i try to open it gives me just a blank page. I've already read the forum to set debug on, true, no erros comes on, no errors on the server, nothing. The site works fine on the shared server. I ran out of options already, please help me out. Key points domain name is the same. database settings is the same so there were no need to update any files, thought it would be just a straight forward copy/paste of server files.
