Je fais appels aux membres du forum car je suis confronté à un problème concernant certaines commandes que les clients souhaitent régler par paypal, sur certaines destinations. En effet, le problème est survenu avec des clients japonnais et brésiliens récemment. Ils ne peuvent pas valider et payer leur commande par paypal. Ils reçoivent un message d'erreur sur la page du paiement par paypal leur disant "il y a un problème avec paypal, merci de retourner sur le site vendeur" -Cela ne semble pas être un problème de devises car le paiement est à effectuer en euro et je n'ai pas de problème avec des clients américains, australiens ou anglais, où la devises du pays n'est pas l'euro. -D'autre part, j'ai contacté ce matin le support technique de paypal qui m'a spécifié que de leur côté ils n'avaient détecté aucun problème avec mon compte paypal (en effet lorsque ce type de problème se présente, j'envoi une demande de paiement manuellement via paypal aux clients et ils sont en mesure de me payer). -J'ai également vérifié mes paramètres dans prestashop et je n'ai aucune restriction de paiement, sur aucun pays. I do have a business account The paypal module i'm using is the v1.6 on Prestashop V1.3.1.1 Any other explanations on what was wrong with the process file ? Thanks ! junnecito Posted May 30, 2014 Share Posted May 30, 2014 Have a look in your BO > modules > PayPal, ther you must have the version. As I say I had the same problem with a shop in hebrew when I update PayPal to the last version, I found in the foro that was a problem with the process file in express_checkout in the PayPal module. rubenxela Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 Il existe de restrictions Paypal pour les règlements provenant du Brésil. Les paiements doivent obligatoirement se faire en Reais.
