c0ckR0ach Posted October 23, 2009 Share Posted October 23, 2009 Hi,I have created a new tax code in my Prestashop installation for 15% VAT (Tax code ID 4).When I run the product import, even though all the products in the import csv file refer to tax code ID 4, the products that are being created in Prestashop are being created with a new tax code, tax code id 7 which (coincidentally has a rate of 4...).I have checked the import file to make sure that the correct tax code (Tax_ID 4) is showing and it is, does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? You are meant to enter the tax rate, not the tax ID in the tax column, and Prestashop will automatically grab the ID of the tax with that rate. In your case, you need to enter 15 in the tax column.
