AJo Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 Hi there, Looking for some urgent help! Been struggling with an issue and we are looking to launch the site in a few days. We are trying to test out our site that we have developed on PS with Paypal Sandbox and while the payments are going through, the orders are not being created. Our products are pretty simple, the site is not in maintenance mode or anything but its getting a bit frustrating now so reaching out to see if we can get some help. I have read a few posts on this topic but havent found a solution yet. We are on PS 1.5.6 and Paypalusa 1.3.3. Any pointers will be appreciated. bellini13 Posted April 5, 2014 Share Posted April 5, 2014 do your product names have any special characters that are not the letters A-Z or numbers 0-9 ?
