Hello,

 

See our new Free Prestashop Module.

 

Module Paypal Donation 1.1.3

 

 

This module allows customers to give you a donation with Paypal service. It's really easy to configure, just fill this few fields : 

• ID Paypal
• Description of the donation
• Custom payment page style for paypal
• Text for the Return to Merchant button on the PayPal Payment Complete page

The module hooks at the footer, left column & right column

 

Translation : French,  English and Spanish (thanks to Francesc)

 

Avaible for Prestashop 1.5 et 1.6 (not tested with previous version). Thanks for your feedbacks.

what ps version it supports?

i got some notification on my PM that it doesnt want to work with ps 1.5.6

Indeed, there was a small problem for installation in prestashop 1.5.
This problem is solved, I was testing under 1.5 and 1.6, works without problems.
I've updated the download module in the first topic.

PS:

the bug :

$ this-> ps_versions_compliancy = array ('min' => '1 .5 ');

 does not work. It was meter:

$ this-> ps_versions_compliancy = array ('min' => '1 .5 ',' max '=> '1 .6');

To fix that you can open the files display_footer.tpl and display_left_column.tpl that are in directory ROOT/modules/donationpaypal/views/templates/front

 

and add  h t t p : / / (without spaces) at the beginning of the value of  return and  cancel_return  inputs

Hello I am getting below error after clicking on Donate Buttorn -

 

 

This recipient does not accept payments denominated in USD. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency.

 

Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue so that any payment accept.

Do you accept USD payments on your Paypal Account ? It seems to be not the case....
