Offer 1/2 payment on products that take 3-4 weeks for delivery

I make and sell custom fireplace doors. I use the attribute wizard pro and I am looking for a way for customers to be able to select making 1/2 payment as an option after selecting all the options and ready to check out. I would take 1/2 down than the remaining balance when the product is ready to ship.

Something at the end of the Attribute wizard pro that would have the 1/2 down payment to get an order started or full payment option. Also, it would briefly explain the terms (remaining payment will be processed when ready to ship)

 

Any ideas?
