wissammessad
Hi, Can anyone help me find an easy solution on how to remove a module from a mobile template? Example: i use clickdesk module for live chat on my site http://divinechurchsuits.com/ and on the mobile version of the site (iphone for instance), the chat design is too big and distracting from other elements of the site. Is there a code/file i can add on the mobile folder of my theme? Thanks in advance for helping.
dioniz
Try this: Open theme-responsive.css in themes/leotrac/css and in the media query at you wish put this: clickdesk-ultra{ display:none; }

dioniz
You should put it in media query. For example if you don't want it in screens smaller then 600px put it like this: @media (max-width: 600px) { .clickdesk-ultra{ display:none; } } and i forgot to put .(dot) in front of clickdesk-ultra in my first post. wissammessad
It's working well when i reduce my browser to be less than 600px, Well done for that! Specifically on iphone, ipad, the chat button is still displaying.Do you have any idea on how to fix this dioniz? Thanks
dioniz
Try to change media query to @media screen and (max-width : 760px){ } Try to change your viewport meta from <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1" /> to <meta name="viewport" content="user-scalable=no, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, minimum-scale=1, width=device-width"> in header.tpl
wissammessad
No luck yet. It's working fine though when a desktop browser is reduced, The design of the chat is different on mobilde devices(iphone, ipad), so i feel like, i need to remove something else in the clickdesk module folder.
