Hi Tommer.

One question about the module. I've never worried about newsletter management in PS but I see that people that subscribes to newsletter via the native PS module are kept in the ps_newsletter table. But you cannot access this info in the backoffice.

So your module synchronizes the customers table ok, but those kept in the ps_newsletter table are also exported to MailChimp list?

Thanks

Hi Enrique, Yes, subscribers who use the native PS module are subscribed to Mailchimp instantly, and customers are also synchronized (both those who have opted in to ps_newsletter and those who haven't... those who haven't are placed in a separate Mailchimp list). If you have other questions let us know.

Hi Eugene, the module syncs customer fields including email, name, address, date of birth and gender. As well as order specific related data tied to a given customer account of course.

The module works exactly as described on our site and we offer a one-time free installation, as well as full support in case you run into any issues or have any questions... we're always happy to help. However we don't offer free trials or refunds (unless the module does not work as described).

Hope this helps!

Is there a way to sync additional customer info?  I collect customer wedding dates using a modified wishlist module and would like to sync that with my mailchimp as well.

Hi.

In Prestashop TWO 'lists' are maintained. The Newsletter-list and the 'New offers-list'.

Do your module support export of BOTH to MailChimp? - And can the two be sepperated of different MailChimp lists?

Last, is it a TWO-WAY-SYNC ? - IS customers that unsubscribe using MailChimp also UnsubScribed in Prestashop?

Hi ckvist, only the 'Newsletter' field in PrestaShop is synced with your Mailchimp lists, not the 'Opt In.'

And yes, it is a two-way sync; a customers that subscribes or unsubscribes directly through Mailchimp is subscribed/unsubscribed in PrestaShop as well.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
