Problema Visualizzazione Pagina Autenticazione LOG IN e MY ACCOUNT

Buongiorno,

ho un grosso problema: da un paio di giorni non si riesce più ad accedere alle pagine My Accout e Log In del negozio, cliccandoci sopra appare schermata bianca!

 

Versione di PrestaShop: 1.5.6.2

 

Ho provato varie soluzioni:

accurata pulizia cache/smarty dal database, dal backoffice e dal browser ma non ho risolto;

ho provato con un altro computer e ho cambiato vari browser, ma non funziona.

Nella sezione Url e Seo ho flaggato no su url comprensibile, accentato e canonico ma non ho risolto!

 

Eppure il negozio funzionava perfettamente!

il pulsante del carrello funziona ma quando clicco su Il mio account e su Log In appare in entrambi questa stringa:

.php?controller=authentication&back=my-account

 

mentre cliccando nel pulsante carrello che funziona benissimo appare:

.php?controller=order

 

allego il contenuto della cartella autenticathion.tpl del mio tema, forse può essere lì il problema:
