samuel89 Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 I ahve this situation where I am allowing item to be pre-ordered. The current default Prestashop procedure is that it will have the await bank payment or awaiting pickup/COD confirmation status. After that there will be a back-order status. Since it is confusing for customers to think that there's 2 conflicting statuses while item has not arrived, how can I make it so that only the-order status is show and once item has arrived (by changing item quantity), it will auto change to await bank payment or awaiting pickup?
