Installation error on 23% - I have tried EVERYTHING

So, let the topic speak.

 

I have one.com as a server, and I managed to install Prestashop here. I bought a new theme and installet it, but it didn´t work with the Swedish language, so I changed to default theme again, but then it all crashed.

 

I had to remove the whole installation, and went in to phpmyadmin and deleted all the prefix´s and tables, so everything went to zero.

 

Now, whem I´m trying to install it again, I manage to upload it via FTP with FileZilla, and in the last step of installation, it stops at 23% (The default shop and language error). I have tried everything from other threads, for example download the new english language package and change inside the install/langs/en/language.xml from en-us to en, but it´s not helping me either.

 

Now I´m starting to get really frustrated over this, and I can´t seem to find what is wrong.
