Issue with my ADD to Cart Button on home page

A problem I am having is when I view my shop, on mouse over the add to cart button, nothing happens? It's like the link is disabled? I installed a new theme.

 

I am new to prestashop, and don't know any coding.

 

I am using PayFast as my payment gateway, and have installed the module.

Please help??

I also want to move the little padlock on the right ( where customers login or register) to be more to the centre of the home page at the top. And it should say clearly  (Login or Register) how do I change that padlock?

it's a file from /modules/ dir or file from themes/YOURTHEME/modules/homefeatuerd/ ?

There is no homefeatured.tpl file under the themes folder of the theme I installed.

The above code is the only homefeatured.tpl file I found under the modules folder.

What folders are within the theme/yourtheme directory? There should be a folder named modules. Can you list what you have in the yourtheme folder? thanks

Under my installed theme I have the following folders:

Cache

css
img
js
lang

modules
pdf and a lot of .tpl files

Under the Modules folder I only have the following:

blockcart
blockcms
blockcurrencies
blocklanguages
blocknewproducts
blockpermanentlinks
blockspecials
blocktopmenu
blockuserinfo

A lot less modules than in the default theme?

As you can see there are a few issues that I need to fix.

 

The other questions I have:

- How do I change the little padlock (login/register) on the right, to something more prominent. More centered to the page
Where it clearly reads: Login or Register?

 

- I would also like to change the Winter 2013 and Summer 2014 Image (next to the animation) to a slide show or animation.
 Is that possible and how would I do this.

 

-I am also having an issue with my currency. How can I move the 'R' to the front of the price. ex. R 1200 and not  1200 R
 Since I changed my default currency to R (South African Rand) the exchange rates don't really mach up to the Euro or Dollar??

 I'm a bit confused as to what is going on there?

Hi, as far as the original post add to cart, it is certainly disabled but I think by design.

 

I do not see where one can select size, i.e. their attributes as I assume the clothing has different sizes.

 

btw: it is best to have only one question in a post...adding them to the post as you go is not very efficient.

in addition, what about stock? it looks like products arent in stock and orders for product out of stock are disabled
