Set country for guests (VAT thing)

Hello all

I have encountered a small problem. That is I cannot figure out how to set the country for guests. When users register, they can pick a country, and depending on the country - the VAT changes, or sometimes no VAT. So registered users will see the correct prices on products before reaching the cart. Guests on the other hand will first notice the new prices, when they've input all their data and checking out.

Any out there who knows a way to solve this?
