Problema installazione modulo Filigrana

Salve, 

girando tra i moduli disponibili nella versione 1.5.6.2

ho voluto provare il modulo Filigrana

Prima ho fatto l'aggiornamento disponibile e poi ho provato ad installarlo.

Non l'avessi mai fatto

 

Tutto il sito è morto sia il BO sia il FO

ecco l'errore :

Non sono molto pratico purtroppo

Di quali dettagli ha bisogno?

non vedo altri informazioni dentro l'errore per capire cos'e che non va

 

Se mi spiega dove guardare lo farei volentieri.

 

Sono sicuro che è la colpa del modulo filigrana - leggendo il forum ho visto che non supporta modalità PNG e io purtroppo proprio quella ho impostato.

 

Pero non so come faccio a far ripartire il BO per disinstallarlo

Sono riuscito ha farlo ripartire!

ho trovato un aiutino in

ho cancellato tutta la sezione scritta dal modulo filigrana nel .htaccess:

 

# start ~ module watermark section

Options +FollowSymLinks

RewriteEngine On

 

RewriteRule [0-9/]+/[0-9]+\.jpg$ - [F]

# end ~ module watermark section

 

Pare che adesso funzioni senza problemi!

Dopo aver installato il modulo filigrana mi è andato in tilt il negozio.

 

In un primo momento non riuscivo ad accedere nemmeno al Back Office.

Come suggerito in diversi post:

- ho cancellato il modulo tramite FTP

- nel file htaccess ho cancellato le ultime righe relative al watermark

 

Così facendo riesco ad accedere al Back Office che funziona perfettamente.

 

Il Front Office è invece un disastro:

- l'home page www.olympos.it/shop_formazione_aziendale non funziona

- alle altre pagine riesco ad accedere ma con diversi errori (ad esempio http://www.olympos.i...rmazione-online) con però errori come non riuscire ad aggiungere un prodotto al carrello (Impossible to add the product to the cart. textStatus: 'error' errorThrown: 'Internal Server Error' responseText: error www.olympos.it Errore 000 (Unknown) L'indirizzo richiesto, restituisce un errore sconosciuto.  Abbiamo rilevato e registrato l'errore per potere risolvere quanto prima Clic per tornare alla nostra HomePage)

RISOLTO!

Ho Aruba con hosting linux ed ho provato dal pannello di controllo a modificare il parametro Personalizzazione del file PHP.INI

prima era selezionato default, selezionando mail_head_off

Tutto è tornato come prima!!!

Posso finalmente andare a letto tranquillo!!!
