Error while sending QUERY packet

Buongiorno a tutti!

alcuni giorno fa ho aggiornato il mio sito dalla versione 1.5.4 alle versione 1.5.6. Sembrava funzionare tutto correttamente, sia in back office che front office, ma oggi abbiamo i seguenti errori:

Qualcuno può suggerirmi come capire cosa crea l'errore e come fare a sistemarlo?

problema del server MySQL

la classe /DbPDO. si occupa del collegamento

fai controllare il server mysql

Ho già comunicato al mio hosting il problema e loro mi hanno risposto così 

"dovrebbe debuggare lo script in modo da capire dove viene la chiamata e che tipo di query viene eseguita."

Non ho idea di cosa significhi però....
