sakiri Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 Additionally there exists the Small Business Regulations ("Kleinunternehmerregelung") of §6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG., due to which especially start-ups might be tax-exempt (0% VAT / MwSt. / USt.).
