changing all modules to right column position???

hi
how do i get all modules modules from the left Column to display in the right column?
in Backend > Modules > Position > Transplant Modules the drop down Menus are grayed out (don't work).

any hint?

at BO/modules/position/transplant modules choose modules and at hook intro just scroll down to right column blocks and save and after that just delete old modules who is in the left column.
