I have set Free shipping starts at 70€ in Shipping/Shipping. For one of the carriers I disabled: Include the shipping and handling costs in the carrier price. But it still keeps showing me Free delivery for both of carriers if order is above 70€. How to disable free delivery for this particular carrier? I stumbled upon the same issue while I tried to set different free shipping conditions for national and international shipping.
