PrestaShop comment/transatcion problem

Recently we have received a comment for our product ( see the attached image).

The problem is that there is no such transaction for this product at this date, so how we have comment for product that is not registered to be sold at this date? On the comment section it is clear the name and the date of the order, why this is not registered on the transacions? and if it not sold, how can a user comment it?

 

I hope for PrestaShop official answer :)

Hello DreamTheme,

 

Thks for this feedback. The date you actually see on the screen is the comment date. It's the day when the customer left his note.

I just fixed it on preprod. I changed the sentence to clarify and also added the id order.

 

Should be online within minutes :)

By the way, what happened with video tab on product page? why videos are no longer visible on product page?

Hello,

 

I'm sorry i started to take a look but without success and after a string of events (not sure it's the right way to say it - i meant that a lot happened), i had to handle more important things.

But i created a task on our internal Jira so be sure it will be treated as soon as someone has some time.
