Page freezes when saving product

Good day, 

 

I would like to ask how resolve the issue : when clicking on save and stay button on prices tab of products from admin, it freezes on animation. Please also see the attached image on the problem looks like.

 

Hoping that someone could help.

Please rename your post to something like "Page freezes when saving product" because right now it reads like a post that will provide a solution to the problem.

 

This is most likely a Javascript error, possibly because it can't reach an Ajax script. Try running your inspector or Firebug and see if there is an error in the console and paste that here so we can debug the issue. In Chrome right click and hit inspect then hit the Console tab, then do the product save, and there should be an error in the Console log if that is what is causing the issue.

definitely check console, especially "network" tab, and check if there is some 404/500 error

I do have a 404 error, I have attached the image regarding the 404 error on network tab, but when i added an image the issue is still not resolve

it's only image, error isn't related to problems you've got.

any error for index.php file? like blurred texts

302 is a redirect.

it does not have any error, except that I mention above the image., I still dont know why it freezes when I click 'save and stay' button, on the prices tab, all other buttons are fine
