Pascale Posted October 4, 2009 Share Posted October 4, 2009 Hi,I can't create new accounts on my tee-shirt site.It worked perfectly when local : I've had this problem since I have gone online.Once I've filled in all the required fields and try to register, I get the following message :There is 1 error :01. an error occurred while creating your accountIt happens in both english and french language, whether I select France or another country....I use the 1.1.0.1 version of PrestashopI know this topic has appeared a few times on the forum, but none of the answers helped me.Has anybody got a solution for me please? Pascale Posted November 22, 2009 Author Share Posted November 22, 2009 Hi,No luck yet.It's possibly a database problem from what I read on other posts.I guess I'll have to update to the latest version of Prestashop but I am a bit scared as I am a graphic artist who knows a bit about CSS and HTML and not much much about database and coding...I won't be looking into it for the next two weeks though, but I'll let you know as soon as I have an answer.Pascale Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
