order was processed i receive payment but wont show in back office

Hi the order does not show in back office i only new about it 2 days later when the customer phoned me. ?? any ideas

no the payment method is googlecheckout what i mean is though the customer registered and ordered. look at my pics, the khan order has been recieved into my bank, but there is no evidence of an order in my back office, unless i check google checkout. But this is quite annoying as you may understand. I have had to give the customer a dsi case to say sorry for the delay etc etc

It must be related to the Google paymend as orders placed and payd by other methods are shown in your BO.

So i always need to check google checkout to confirm a order has been processed,this is bad as i have ordered 10.000 leaflets so there will be alot of orders, cant prestashop know when an order has been made ?? or will i need to have a google api key to correspond with my back office, if you know what i mean ?
