To change product access level

I want some of my products visible to all the visitors and some of my products visible only to logged in customers. how can I change product access level? what can be done?

 

any help will be appreciated.

hello

 

by default you can restrict access only for "categories" so maybe attach product to some cateogry, then define access to this category under catalog > category > edit tab. You can define there access to this category for certain group of customers.

I am aware about the access levels of the categories. Following is my problem:

 

my website jewelry ecommerce portal. and i dont want my competitors to copy my jewelry designs. thats why some products in a particular category - i want visible to all the visitors, and rest of the products in the same category will be visible only to my customers , when they login.
