problem with CS Mega Menu block

i am facing problem with CS Mega Menu block  

when i try to create sub category it generate but after that front office do not load in any browser

i cant manage sub category 

 

suggest me solution of it how it works

I've the same problem with the paid template 'ET Boutique'.

When i try to put a sub-menu the site does not show up.. If i define only main categories all 'works' apart that i don't understant how to define the link for each category name...

I use Prestashop 1.6.0.8

 

Can somebody help ?

I have a similar issue. I bought a shitty template called BED | Multi Bed that had that menu pre-installed. After enabling the template and trying to make my first menu edition, I realize that the pre-configured items in the menu can't be erased. You can add more items but the previous ones aren't listed for edition/elimination.

a lot of problem with CS Mega Menu : I had picture on Category and they don't appear.

No help, nobody to contact.
