My host has something on in their settings that makes it impossible to import languages from the BO. I do have searched for this issue and tried everything that might be wrong, but without any luck. opifex Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 Try to unpack the archive as is with ark or 7zip or whatever you have... if the archive will not open or extract, rename the extension to “tar.gz” (es.tar.gz or whatever) and you can extract folders from the the archive. Merge the files into the existing folders and don't forget to check permissions for the module files. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had to extract the folder from the language file that was inside the gzip, added .tar.gz to that and extracted with winrar. Checked permissions. Working like a charm. Thanks a lot!
