Add tiny mce editor in front side

hello..

i am creating the custom modules.

i need add to the  tiny mce editor in tpl file in product view page in front side

how can i put the editor in my custom tpl file ...

just call css and js file in header using header hook in module.php  and add id or class on tpl file.

it's not good idea...

you are right..but customer requirement allows upload picture of product discussion modules.
