How to place <br/> in backoffice/orders/order messages?

Hello there,

I would like to know how to ad space in the mail i created in the order messages in back-office.
I use space in the mail, but when i click on send, the customer receive the mail without spaces.
Somebody help me.

There's a difference between a 'Space' and a 'Break'. To get a break in the page insert the following between the lines that you want to seperate:

If you want a space (between words), then you need to insert the following between the words you want to space appart. :

This will only give you one space, so you will need to add it multiple times to increase spacing.
