I would like to know if there's a way to set a tax rule that equal or less than 22€ orders with shipping etc. expenses included would be 0% VAT? For example 10€ product with 12€ shipping and handling would be 0% VAT and anything above would be 24% VAT. We have this tax-free thing in Finland for products coming outside of EU, I don't know if other EU countries have similar.
