Does nginx microcaching create problems?

Hello,

 

I'm in the process of setting up Pretashop 1.5 on NGINX and I was wondering whether anybody has any experience on using microcaching with Prestashop.

 

My server administrator told me that there might be some issues with the Basket and some Session related modules.

 

Does anybody know if this is the case. If it is, is there a workaround that can be used?
